Slater Safety as well as supply individual work wear and health and safety products also have online systems that can provide you with an online stock control system, a system for managing individual employee requirements, PPE vending machines and embroidery services to individualize garments.

Jon Slater

Managing Director & Business Development Manager
As one of the founding members of the company, Jon has over 25 years’ experience in the PPE and Health & Safety market place. His knowledge of the products and services required to ensure Slater Safety’s customers are protected, at all times, is second to none. This means Slater Safety’s clients reduce costs through better control and always have the right PPE for the right person.

Nigel Harrison

Head of Operations & Finance
Nigel has been with Slater Safety, as a Director, for the last 11 years and served his time working in each part of Slater Safety from managing the warehouse through to operating as Finance Director. It is this level of experience, which makes Nigel such an expert. Therefore, he now works closely with our suppliers making sure we always have the latest products.

Damon Arnold

Head of External Sales
Damon is one of our latest additions to our business, he has over 23 years’ experience in the Health & Safety sector. His knowledge and IOSH qualification enables him to advise customers on the correct PPE. Damon spends most of the week meeting face to face with customers, and loves meeting new people in view of going forward working together in a win-win situation.

Kirk Hutchins

Head of Procurement & New Projects
Kirk works closely with Laurie in Purchasing and Nigel in Operations along with our broad range of suppliers to ensure consistent supply of our core product range at the best pricing. He also manages the introduction and launching of new Slater Safety products.

Laurie Slater

Head of Purchasing and Products
Laurie believes strong relationships with suppliers benefits the customers of Slater Safety. He does this by consistently reviewing costs, quality and innovation, meeting with suppliers and updating the information on Slater Safety’s on line stock room system. The system provides our customers with easy access to products whilst tracking all transactions.

Iain Dunbar

Business Development Manager
Iain has over 14 years’ experience in the Health & Safety sector. His knowledge and NEBOSH qualification enables him to advise customers on the correct PPE. Iain spends most of the week meeting face to face with customers, and loves meeting new people in view of going forward working together in a win-win situation.

Tracey Haydock

Business Development Manager
Tracey has a wealth of experience in the Health & Safety sector. She is a very driven and enthusiastic member of the team, always more than willing to help customers and find the best PPE and workwear for their needs.

Jakie Slater

Customer Services Expert
Jackie has over 20 years of customer service experience and is the first point of all internal customer contact. Her experience at Slater Safety has given her real insight into the requirements, demands and trends of all Slater Safety’s customers. Jackie prides herself in resolving all customer inquiries on initial contact and will always respond quickly and effectively.

Cliff brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and customer service to the team. He is a very avid listener and is passionate about providing 5* customer service to every company we work with. Cliff enjoys working with new clients and strives earnestly to understand their needs and provide them with safety solutions over and above their requirements, every time.

Alongside working with Kirk, our Head of Procurement on the business strategy, Louise works tirelessly streaming our internal processes, ensuring our stock levels are kept consistent, and ensuring our suppliers get paid on time. She also works along with Samantha to help keep the accounts 'tip-top'!

Nicola is a key customer and office support memer, she is full of passion to get you and your employees PPE safe and savvy! Eager to pick up the phone and chat to new clients or existing, she loves to provide first rate service and work with clients to ensure they are getting the best and most suitable PPE solutions.

Lukasz is one of our most recent additions to our team. He has the critical task of supporting Marcin in the warehouse. Lukasz has a keen eye for excellence and always maintains the highest standards of embroidery quality.

Marcin Marczak

Warehouse Manager
Marcin is our Warehouse manager and embroidery expert. He takes customers designs and utilises the latest technological equipment and software to produce branding for our customers clothing. Marcin has a strong eye for perfection and ensures goods are set out at our high standards.

Stefan Slater

Finishing Assistant
Without Stefan’s fastidious approach in confirming all products are finished to the required and highest of standards, we could not be sure we are achieving our customers’ expectations. Stefan is responsible for finishing support and confirms all embroidered garments are ‘good to go’.

Samantha Lord

Finance Manager
Samantha manages the financial activites at Slater Safety. Samantha is the ‘go to’ person for all things financial, her knowledge and experience will ensure Slater Safety manages their finances without fuss and always in the interests of customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Gary Frost

Transport and Logistics Operative
Gary oversees all Slater Safety customer deliveries and takes great pride in his role. He greets our customers with enthusiasm and willingness to do what he can and make all deliveries run smoothly. If you are a customer that uses our stockroom system, then you will also know he completes the stock takes too. His ‘can do’ approach means he gets his deliveries completed on time every time.

Head of Marketing
Kate enjoys working with procurement and sales to make our lovely customers aware of the new or special offer products via various channels. She also spends time working to ensure our company Health & Safety and Environmental policies and standards are up-to-the-mark.
