CleanAIR is our recommended powered air purifying respiratory system. It is based on the principle of overpressure of the filtered air in the breathing zone. The system consists of a powered air respirator which is installed on the wearer’s belt and filtrates the air taken from the surrounding environment through the efficient particle, gas or combined filters. The purified air is delivered through the breathing tube into a protective mask or hood. The overpressure inside the system prevents the hazardous substances from entering the breathing zone. This mild overpressure at the same time ensures the wearer’s comfort, even with long-term use, as the wearer is not forced to overcome the breathing resistance of the filter.

The 3M Aura 9322+ FFP2 valved respirators are the usual 3M high quality, providing great protection when exposed to unwanted dust particles and non-volatile liquid particles. The unique Cool Flow valve means the 3M Aura 9322 is perfect for use work in hot and humid conditions. 3M have built up the reputation as the market leader in disposable respirator masks, they''ve managed to find the perfect balance between comfort, style and performance. These dust masks do not provide suitable protection against harmful gases.

CleanAIR® CA-29 Welding helmet ADF AerTEC X110
Represents an ergonomic and lightweight flip-up combination of auto-darkening welding helmet and protective visor. Thanks to the stable flip-up welding visor it provides excelent protection for grinding, welding and subsequent surface finishing operations.
The flip-up front can be lifted up onto the top of the helmet, whenever the wide undisturbed view is needed. The unique flipup mechanism optimises the center of gravity and reduces the required space. The flip-up welding shield allows to use either auto-darkening filter or passive welding filter with standard dimension 110×90 mm. A wide curved protective visor ensures undisturbed view in all directions and meets medium impact requirements “B” as defined in EN 166.
