Bump caps are designed for light head protection against minor bumps and scrapes from low ceilings or hanging objects and are not intended to protect against falling items. The sweatband and ventilation holes provide fantastic working comfort, while the short peak provides a great balance between upward vision and shielding the eyes from direct sunlight.
