Damon is one of our latest additions to our business, he has over 23 years’ experience in the Health & Safety sector. His knowledge and IOSH qualification enables him to advise customers on the correct PPE. Courtnee works closely with the sales team by establishing relevant and challenging KPIs and following through to ensure their adherence to these metrics. Courtnee is responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring the success of our existing accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSIF registered safety supplier and Cyber Essentials soon to be integrated and operational. There’s never a dull moment, Courtnee will soon be exploring the next certification that will further enhance Slater Safety's capacity to serve our customers and will be working to implement it with a passion!

Nigel has been with Slater Safety, as a Director, for the last 11 years and served his time working in each part of Slater Safety from managing the warehouse through to operating as Finance Director.
