CleanAIR is our recommended powered air purifying respiratory system. It is based on the principle of overpressure of the filtered air in the breathing zone. The system consists of a powered air respirator which is installed on the wearer’s belt and filtrates the air taken from the surrounding environment through the efficient particle, gas or combined filters. The purified air is delivered through the breathing tube into a protective mask or hood. The overpressure inside the system prevents the hazardous substances from entering the breathing zone. This mild overpressure at the same time ensures the wearer’s comfort, even with long-term use, as the wearer is not forced to overcome the breathing resistance of the filter.

Skytec Elements Cup Shaped Respirator FFP2V (x20)
This is a lightweight cup shaped FFP2 respirator / face mask featuring a classic nose clip for a secure fit and a low profile inhalation valve. It has a soft inner nose seal for added comfort and a continuous loop head strap for easy fitting. The 2520V FFP2 mask offers an outstanding level of protection and fit and is suitable for protection against a broad range of particulate hazards.

- For hazard type: toxic dusts, oil and water-based mists and fumes.
- Example: working with hardwood, glass fibres and plastic (non-PVC), metal-working, welding and protection against both water and non-water based mists.
- The Duramesh® structure makes the mask strong and durable, reducing consumption and maintaining shape. The ActivForm® seal automatically adjusts to different face shapes and movements and the Ventex®-valve reduces moisture and heat.
